Flank Steak

Great on the grill and for fajitas and stir fry! This steak comes from the belly and is a thin steak. It has more fat than a skirt steak and will also have more flavor. It's best marinated and cut across the grain. (You will be charged based upon actual weight after your order is assembled.)
