Half Beef - Deposit

IMPORTANT: The delivery date you will see upon check out is the estimated date for pick up. We will be in touch with you when your beef is ready.

An order for a half beef requires a $400 deposit. The final cost (less the deposit) will be calculated according to half the carcass weight at $9/lb. Organ meat, bones and fat are NOT included with our half animal selection and may be purchased separately. (They are included with the whole animal selection.) Once we have the actual carcass weight, we will send you a link for final payment.

If you select to pay by credit card, we must add 3% to cover the transaction fee. You may also pay using Venmo @DawnaBicknellTanner and we will update your payment information.

As the buyer, you will have the opportunity to provide the cut instructions directly to the processor. You will be responsible for the cost of processing and the pick up of your beef at the processor. Your beef will be cut as you request, vacuum sealed and frozen. Processing cost estimate is $1.50/lb based upon the half the carcass weight and you will pay the processor directly.

Our animals are processed at either Towson's Cold Storage, Tifton, Ga or Sowega Meat Company, Colquitt, GA. Both of these facilities are USDA inspected and Animal Welfare Approved. Please call us with any questions. 850.212.5816
